Once again Robert Bruce Mckay the President and principal designer of Lloyd Bruce Home Collections Inc, will be traveling to Milan, Italy this April 17 – April 22 to attend this year’s sensational event the Salone del Mobile Milano. Each year every spring the most luxurious and influential designers from around the world converge in Milan to see and be seen. Featured on display will be various artworks, furnishings and pieces from some of the most famous designers including new collections being unveiled to the world.
The Salone Internazionale del Mobile is the single largest trade show of it’s kind in the world. It was originally founded in 1961 as a vehicle for promoting Italian furniture and furnishings exports and soon after was quickly able to boast as being the most highly anticipated event in the world of furniture. This year over a hundred different brands and designers from over 35 nations will be gathered together across 24 halls and two main pavillions featuring displays full of their latest and greatest work.
During the course of the week long style extravaganza Robert will meet with the finest manufacturers and designers whose latest furniture and home design ingredients will be on display.
